The Dairy Farmer Association Nepal is pleased to announce the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for February 15, 2026. This important gathering will bring together all members, stakeholders, and industry partners to review the past year's achievements and set the direction for the coming year.
The AGM will be held at the Kathmandu Convention Center, starting at 10:00 AM. All registered members are encouraged to attend and participate in the discussions that will shape the future of our association.

- Review of financial statements and annual report for 2025
- Election of new executive committee members
- Presentation of the strategic plan for 2026-2028
- Discussion on milk pricing policies and market trends
- Launch of new member benefit programs
- Recognition of outstanding dairy farmers of the year
Registration Details
Members are requested to confirm their attendance by February 1, 2026. Registration can be completed through our office or by contacting your local chapter representative. Each member is entitled to bring one guest to the meeting.
Transportation arrangements will be made for members traveling from outside the Kathmandu Valley. Please contact the office for details on travel support and accommodation assistance.
Special Sessions
Following the formal AGM proceedings, there will be a special networking session and lunch where members can connect with industry experts, government officials, and fellow dairy farmers. A panel discussion on "The Future of Dairy Farming in Nepal" will feature prominent speakers from the Ministry of Agriculture and international dairy organizations.
